If you just need a quote please do not send it through the web. Send it to us via email to service@artworksource.com requesting a quote. We will get back to you as soon as we can with the price. Most of our jobs are $15. More complicated ones are $20. Some jobs we do don’t fall into these two prices if they are very complicated or if there are numerous logos. In the event that a job is out of the regular price range we will email or call you to get approval before we proceed. If you think your job may be outside the regular price range you.

When you open EPS files in Corel always use this method. After saving the eps file to you computer open a Corel Draw blank document. Goto Import (from the file menu). When import make sure the "files of type" drop down menu is set to "ps,prn,eps-postscript interpreted". This will allow your file to import in perfect vector form.

Vector files do not have DPI (Dots Per Inch) because they are not made from dots. They are made from lines that can be made bigger or smaller without sacrificing the clarity of the image. That’s what makes them so useful. If you want more info you can go to this site http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/aboutgraphics/a/bitmapvector.htm for a more in depth explanation of the difference between vector and bitmap.

When we vector photographs they do not look like photographs anymore. They turn out looking more like line art or cartoon images. If this is the look you are trying to achieve then yes, we can vector your photograph. If you need it to look exactly like the original the no, we cannot vector your photograph. We can, however, lay bitmap images (such as photographs) into layouts that we have vectored.

Yes, most likely something is wrong. If you didn’t get a confirmation email when you uploaded the art to the site it is a good idea to give us a call to make sure we actually got it.

Most likely the file is too large. If you are able, convert the file to a jpeg and retry. We cannot accept files larger than 2 megabytes. If you do not know how to get the file small enough to send it through the web you can email it to us. We can accept files by email that are smaller than 10 megabytes. If the file is larger than this email or call us and we will find another way to get the file from you.

Yes we do. We would rather have you scan it and send it through the website though. That way you can give us all the information we need to get you the file exactly the way you need it. Also, faxes are usually much lower quality than scans and the higher quality file you send us the better the image will be.

Vector files can only be opened with certain programs, specifically, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. If you do not have these programs you cannot open the files. We provide a proofing file in .jpg format that looks exactly like the original. If you cannot open the file in your vector program email us with the order number and the program and version of the program you are trying to open the file in and we will get it to you in a way that works for you.
